Young Adult 6 Week Grief Support Groups provide 90 minute support sessions for guidance with grief and loss for young adults. Sessions involve helping to provide tools and strategies needed to help young adults and teens in their grief journey. Grief group members will explore their own individual experiences with grief amongst the group. Group members will gain insight into the various aspects of grief and its impacts on their lives.
Once Per Month Grief Support Groups that help individuals connect to each other and build a safe, supportive environment to share their stories, feelings, and experiences with grief. This group focuses on helping individuals develop strategies for coping with their grief, and also provides resources for ongoing support. Generally, once you complete the 6 Week Grief Support Group you can optionally continue once per month.
