Hi, I’m Ashley Gersh (she/her) and I am the founder and owner of Action Ashley, LLC where I offer individual and group counseling & services.

As a Grief Specialist I, Ashley Gersh, help clients navigate the stages of grief triggered by death and ambiguous loss such as breakups, job loss, chronic illness, change in location, divorce, miscarriages, estrangement from family, COVID-19, and more.

In my approach to counseling, I provide action oriented therapy to help you get your energy and motivation back. Find hope. Build confidence. And reconnect with life.

I use an integrative approach with a strong emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practices to help with your individual needs.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, compassionate environment to help you find clarity and confidence as you move forward from grief.

Action Ashley is an online counseling and therapy service provider based in the United States. Action Ashley specializes in a range of counseling and therapy services. Counseling services provided by Action Ashley focus on helping individuals and the community by providing the tools and resources needed to create meaningful and lasting change. Action Ashley provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Counseling services for individuals include mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. Couples services include relationship issues, such as communication, conflict resolution, and trust. Family centered services include parenting issues, such as discipline, communication, and managing stress. Action Ashley also offers specialized counseling services to meet the needs of their clients. Some on demand services offered are included but limited to: grief and loss, trauma and abuse, and life transitions. Other services offered include: substance abuse, addiction, and mental health issues. In addition to counseling services, Action Ashley also offers online therapy and support groups. Online therapy is provided by licensed therapists who specialize in various areas, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
