This includes all major cities in Florida, but not limited to Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Boca Raton, Miami, Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Delray Beach, Palm Beach, Jupiter, Jacksonville, Naples, etc.

How do I access my online counseling session?

How long are sessions?

Counseling sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

What benefits can I expect from ACT therapy?

Our therapy services help clients minimize stress levels, boost self-regulation, increase self-confidence, and develop satisfying relationships. Our compassionate, client-centered, holistic approach to counseling helps individuals develop the emotional resilience and personal strength necessary to have fulfilling relationships.

Do you accept Insurance?

Insurance is accepted based on each therapist. Ashley Gersh, LMHC currently accepts Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Cigna, Oscar Health, and Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey (Virtual Network). If we do not accept your insurance we can provide you with a Superbill for you to submit the claim to your insurance.

Can you be on my Collaborative Divorce Team as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) Neutral and also my therapist?

No. The intent of the professionals on the Collaborative Divorce Team is to serve as your neutral professionals. Becoming either one or both of the client’s therapist would deter from the neutrality of the team and is advised against. For example, if the parenting plan needs to be revised a year later, but the MHP has been assisting one of the client’s as their individual therapist, then the neutrality of their services has ceased.
